Coastal land, walk to beach
Situated in the coastal gem of Innes Park, two minutes walk from the beach, Coral Waters residential land estate is centrally located between the popular coastal townships of Bargara Beach (to the north) and the picturesque Elliott Heads (to the south), both within 10 minutes drive. The major centre of Bundaberg, Queensland’s 10th largest city is just 15 kms away.
Innes Park is loved for its rural feeling, relaxed atmosphere, natural bushland setting and the sandy inlet of Palmer Creek. It is a family friendly, relaxing environment, where people say hello and stop for a chat, neighbours watch out for each other and children still play cricket in the street.
There is plenty nearby to keep everyone entertained; acres of oceanfront parkland; coastal walking paths; an abundance of wildlife; swimming for young and old; rock pools and children's playgrounds. For the sports minded; bike riding; a skate bowl; boat ramp; fishing; kayaking; windsurfing and some of the best shoreline snorkelling in Queensland at Barolin Rocks in the Woongarra Marine Park. For the golfer, there are three golf courses nearby including an 18 hole championship course at Coral Cove with the Pacific Ocean as its magnificent backdrop.... and there is always the 19th hole!
The majority of the lots in Coral Waters residential land estate are 1000 sqm or larger. Lots are sewered (so no septic tank is required), leaving plenty of yard space for a pool and shed. For faster internet speeds Stages 7, 8 & 9 have NBN fibre to the premises available.
If you are keen to find the perfect place to build your dream home, raise your family or enjoy your retirement, Innes Park and Coral Waters Estate await your inspection.

Bundaberg City is the provincial hub for this vibrant, unique region and is centred on the picturesque Burnett River just 15 minutes west of the coast. It is 4 hours drive north of Brisbane or a 45 minute plane flight. The area is well renowned for the Southern Great Barrier Reef, the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Ginger Beer and the famous aviator Bert Hinkler. It has an ideal sub-tropical climate with summer temperatures averaging from 20 - 29 deg C and winter days, mild and dry at 22 deg C (av).
Popular with both locals and tourists for its tropical palm-tree lined beaches, coastal walking paths, cafes, shops, parks and playgrounds. The surf-lifesaver patrolled beaches of Neilson’s Park and Kelly’s Beach offer great swimming as does “The Basin” where you can swim in a calm rock-walled lagoon. There are many BBQ spots as well as a kids Turtle playground for the whole family to enjoy. In summer you can visit Mon Repos Turtle rookery and see the turtles laying their eggs and later in the season watch the young hatchlings make their journey to the water.
The laid back township of Elliott Heads is situated on the picturesque Elliott River. It offers a patrolled beach in summer for swimming, cafe and BBQ areas with glorious views and coastal walks along the headland. The river mouth is popular with fishermen, windsurfers, paddle boarders, kayakers and jet skiers.
Covenant Summary (pdf)
DownloadIn 2001, a coastal farm located one block back from the Esplanade in Innes Park and within easy walking distance of the beach was purchased by the Deering family. Here we built our dream home and raised our family along with a collection of 'named cows' and pets.
In 2006, we decided it was time to share this unique location and lifestyle and the vision for Coral Waters Estate was born. Our plan was to create a friendly community, where people say hello, neighbours stop and chat and kids can play outside in the street with other kids. In 2007, we commenced construction of Stages 1 & 2, followed by Stages 3 & 4. As construction progressed, we realised there was an opportunity to create a walkway linking Coral Waters to the Esplanade and beach, so we purchased a property on the Esplanade and sought Council approval to provide a pathway link from Marlin Drive to the Esplanade. The pathway was completed in Stage 5. In 2018 Stage 6 was completed and in 2019 Stage 7. The final two stages, 8 & 9 are planned to commence construction in early 2021.
My husband and I love residing in Coral Waters, Innes Park. We have fantastic neighbours and one of the greatest rewards for us, has been to hear first hand from them how much they love living here too!
